Please come along to the annual general meeting which will take place on Tuesday, 2 November in the Casterbridge Room, Kings Arms Hotel, High East Street, Dorchester, from 5.30 pm. You will be able to obtain a drink at the bar before going upstairs to the meeting room. There will be a presentation by David Evans, Director of Planning and Community, West Dorset District Council at 6.00 pm relating to future parking issues and a chance for questions. At 6.30 pm the agm will commence and it is hoped to finish by 7.00 pm. Please support this event, to hear about matters which will affect all who live and work in Dorchester and the surrounding district, and in addition to hear about the Chamber over the past year, its future ambitions and meet new members of the executive.
