Virtual leadership in a virtual world

Chamber member, Training For Results, has developed a range of online workshops, helping leaders manage their teams remotely – especially relevant as some (or all) lockdown restrictions may be with us for some time yet.

The Distant Leader on January 20th covers virtual leadership and coping with remote teams (with part of the attendance fee donated to Dorset Mind).

Supporting Thinking Leadership starts on January 22nd and runs for 6 workshops, resolving a range of real workplace issues and helping develop a positive problem solving culture.

Defining Leadership in Action takes place on the 11th, 18th and 25th February with the three workshops developing basic leadership skills, greater self-awareness of strengths and development areas and helping gain greater confidence and capability to build strong relationships.

Rosie Barfoot from Training For Results tells us that the feedback on the events to-date has been extremely positive and that a donation will be made from the Distant Leader workshop to Dorset Mind.
