Two heads are better than one! Marketing gurus team up to provide all the benefits of an agency at none of the cost

Businesses needing boardroom level marketing strategy and award-winning PR and content creation will now be able to get the best of both worlds, as two Dorset businesses team up.

Louise Matthews from Perceptions Marketing Solutions and Catherine Bolado from Jurassic Creative met three years ago at a business breakfast where Catherine was giving a talk on behalf of a Dorset charity. Louise offered to help out the charity by becoming an event sponsor, and so a friendship was born.

They have since worked on several projects together including book launches and marketing for clients in the business and health and safety sectors. The pair, both from Weymouth, will now be working together to provide clients with a one-stop shop, by combining Louise’s years of boardroom level marketing strategy with Catherine’s years of experience in journalism, charity communications and PR.

Louise has decades worth of experience in the corporate world and has in-depth experience of all aspects of marketing – and her real passion lies in strategy and planning. Direct mail promotions, telemarketing, database management, media planning, event management and PR all fall under the umbrella of marketing services that Louise provides. Her clients benefit from focussed marketing expertise that produces tangible and proven results.

Before Catherine took the plunge to start her PR consultancy, she worked for more than 8 years as a journalist across the South West, specialising in social media. She also has experience of charity communications, PR and marketing. Catherine’s passion is finding the human stories behind the business and using these to create interesting stories that audiences love to read. Being a former journalist, she knows how journalists write and what they need to create a great story. Over the last four years she has worked with a number of clients, from the leisure, charity and businesses sectors, creating captivating stories, writing award entries that really make an impact and regularly getting clients into the national press.
