Chamber members support the DEC appeal

Dorchester Chamber for Business held their second in person breakfast of the year at The Kings Arms Hotel, Dorchester on Tuesday 8th March.

President Peter Greenaway said: “For the first time since the start of the pandemic, we had to close bookings and hold a waiting list, although we did manage to accommodate everyone on the day!

“We held a collection for the Disasters Emergency Committee which the Executive committee have agreed to round up to £200 with the extra coming from our funds.  We hope everyone will agree that it is a desperate cause and needing as much support as the UK and other countries can give.”

The Chamber has now added all the breakfast networking events for the year to their website allowing members to plan for the year, with bookings opening at the beginning of the month prior to the breakfast.

Any members keen to ask a question of our local MP there will be a face to face meeting on Friday  29th April with Chris Loder which will be held at 9.00 a.m. The venue will be announced shortly.

Join the Chamber for the next Breakfast Networking meeting at Dorset Museum and will be purely for networking,  on Tuesday 12th April.  Bookings are open now, non members are welcome to attend one breakfast to see how the Chamber works before joining.
