This is a local event and we only accept bookings from local traders based in Dorset or Somerset (unless agreed by the organiser).
Please note that we are only accepting payment in advance and have a strict no refund policy.
We do not accept booking from anyone who will be asking people to sign up to financial commitments (monthly direct debits etc). If in doubt contact us.
If you need more than 3x3m please book 2 pitches and we will put the next to each other giving you 6x3m.
All gazebos need to be robust (Cheap garden gazebos will not be sturdy enough) and must have heavy weights, traders without heavy weights will be asked to remove the gazebo.
Stall allocation within the zones will be undertaken by the organisers and cannot be changed.
There is no vehicle parking on High West Street/Trinity Street for traders, parking is available in council Carparks (chargeable at Sunday rates).
There is no power available.
Petrol / diesel generators are not permitted.
You are required to hold relevent insurance.
If you are a registered charity please put your charity name and number in the Company box. Charities who attend on the day will be eligible for a 50% refund.
The organisers reserve the right to decline any stall application, this will be the final decision with any money paid refunded.
Hot food / Drink pitches will available at the Cornhill (Top of South Street) run by the Cornhill Market Manager. Details to follow.
