Street Pitches High East/West Street and Trinity Street, Dorchester.

Here are the pitch options, see maps below (You must be set up by 11am when the event starts) :

• Max 2 pitches per trader.

Terms and conditions. Please read carefully when you book you are accepting the conditions. Please only book if you are happy with these terms.

• This is a local event and we only accept bookings from a 30mile radius.
• Please note that we are only accepting payment in advance and have a strict no refund policy.
• We do not accept booking from anyone who will be asking people to sign up to financial commitments (monthly direct debits etc). If in doubt contact us.
• If you need more than 3x3m please book 2 pitches and we will put the next to each other giving you 6x3m.
• All gazebos need to be robust (Cheap garden gazebos will not be sturdy enough) and must have heavy weights, traders without heavy weights will be asked to remove the gazebo.
• Stall allocation within the zones will be undertaken by the organisers and cannot be changed.
• There is no vehicle parking on High West Street/Trinity Street by vendors, parking is available in council Carparks (chargeable at Sunday rates).
• There is no power available.
• If you are a registered charity please put your charity name and number in the Company box. Charities who attend on the day will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• The organisers reserve the right to decline any stall application, this will be the final decision with any money paid refunded.

• YELLOW 3x3m pitches –  FULLY BOOKED
• PURPLE 3x3m pitches – £38.00 – Set up at 10.00

High West Street (Allington Street to Wessex Royale Hotel)

• PINK 3x3m pitches – £36.00 –  Set up at 10.15

The event is run my volunteers and not for profit, no refunds are available unless the organisers cancel the event.
