Battens Solicitors – one of the largest law firms in the South West – is pleased to announce the appointment of specialist employment solicitor, Katy Ponsford.
Miss Ponsford (right), who undertook litigation paralegal work at Lyons Davidson before specialising in employment law at BPE, will be working on behalf of employers and employees advising on contracts, policies and procedures. She will be guiding employers through the numerous changes in employment legislation as well as negotiating settlement agreements.
A fan of the intricacies and fast-paced world of employment law, Katy has a particular interest in long-term sickness and mental health in the workplace. Her knack for managing complex cases and her attention to detail will add strength to Battens already enviable employment law expertise.
