Dormen is offering a new Business Resilience Service to Dorset businesses challenged by the COVID-19 pandemic. The plan is to help small businesses with immediate and ongoing support through this unprecedented period of uncertainty.
The 1:1 structured support is free up to three months and the service will provide business assessment of critical priorities (and signpost additional key support services) including: financial, staff, suppliers and turnover implications. It will match a mentor who will guide a strategic response, offering an invaluable and experienced sounding board for the main Director’s decision making.
It has a structure that will help the business establish and work through short term priorities quickly and also develop a recovery and growth plan for the longer term.
Applications will be subject to an initial assessment with the aim to match the business owner and mentor within 48 hours. The service will be delivered via phone or website link and is given on a one-to-one basis.
