Georgina works as a psychospiritual counsellor and additionally offers Matrix Reimprinting with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Somatic Shamanism.
Counselling is a talking therapy that explores three main things: your relationship with you, with others and with your past. I work mainly with adults, and support those with common issues such as anxiety and depression, focusing on Inner Child work.
