Battens Solicitors are holding a FREE lunchtime seminar on Wednesday 21st June (12.30-2pm) on planning law and affordable housing developments.
The event will take place at The Gamekeeper in Charminster and includes lunch. It aims to be an interactive and lively meeting with time to answer any questions from those attending.
Keynote speakers will include:
- David Stephens, Chairman of Battens and Head of the Planning Team will be chairing the seminars as well as sharing experiences of recent planning appeals he has been involved in.
- Laila Jhaveri, Associate Solicitor within Battens Planning Team will be giving a case law update and will be touching on reforms.
- John Read, Chartered Surveyor at Chesters Commercial will be looking at the direction of travel for affordable housing and viability assessments.
